Track a Claim
At AXA, claim settlement goes hand in hand with satisfaction. And since actions speak louder than words, we offer you AXA's Satisfaction Guarantee1 applicable to the settlement of a claim covered by your personal car insurance policy.
To ensure your full satisfaction, we have defined three service criteria that we are committed to meeting:
We will answer your call promptly and with all due care whenever you need us.
We will handle your file with courtesy, respect and awareness of your personal situation.
We will provide a replacement vehicle when you leave your damaged vehicle in one of AXA's Advantage Network repair shops.
If we fail to fulfil any of these commitments, we will refund you the equivalent of the insurance premium you paid for the vehicle involved in the accident or incident. This amount is limited to the premium paid for the current year, up to $1,000.1
