If we fail to fulfil any of these commitments, we will refund you the equivalent of the insurance premium you paid for the vehicle involved in the accident or incident. This amount is limited to the premium paid for the current year, up to $1,000.1

1 Conditions/Exclusions

AXA's Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to:

  • private passenger vehicles.
  • accidents or other incidents occurring in Quebec.

AXA's Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply if:

  • the accident or incident occurred prior to March 15, 2010.
  • the claim settlement requires an investigation because you may have failed to fulfil your obligations.
  • a climate-related natural disaster or an emergency situation is involved.
  • compensation is refused due to an exclusion stipulated in the policy.
  • the amounts we have paid you are contested.
