Structure

The Remuneration Committee of AXA Canada meets once a year, and consists of 3 members under the chairmanship of Mr. Robert Tessier, independent director who is assisted by co-members Messrs. Jean-Denis Talon and François Pierson, both directors.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Remuneration committee is responsible for the following matters:

  • Review the global compensation policy of the top executives
  • Provide the top executives with competitive compensation according to their performance and business performance
  • Attract, retain and motivate top executives
  • Ensure consistency and internal equity within AXA in Canada
